Coloring typically takes 24–72 hours, depending on the style and color intensity. Revamps and styling are usually completed within 24–48 hours.
Because hair products are hygienic items, we do not accept returns after the product has been used or altered.
Exchanges are only available for wrong items delivered and must be reported within 48 hours.
