Refund and Returns Policy

Refunds & Returns.

At Neetha Hairline, we prioritize quality and customer satisfaction. Because our products are personal beauty items and many of our services are customized, please review our returns and refund guidelines carefully.

1. Raw Hair Products
• All raw hair purchases are final and non-refundable.
• Due to hygiene and safety reasons, we do not accept returns once hair has been handled, installed, brushed, combed, dyed, or altered.
• Exchanges are only accepted if the wrong item was delivered.
• To qualify for an exchange, the item must be:
– Unused
– Unaltered
– In original packaging
– Reported within 48 hours of delivery

2. Wigs (Custom & Ready-Made)
Custom wig orders are specially made based on customer preferences and are not eligible for refunds or returns.
• Ready-made wigs cannot be returned once worn, styled, or altered.
• Minor adjustments (tightening, restyling, fitting) can be requested within 24–48 hours at no additional cost.

3. Wig Coloring, Revamp & Styling Services
• Service fees are non-refundable once the service has been completed.
• If you are unhappy with a service, please notify us within 24 hours for assessment and correction where applicable.
• Corrections are offered based on the original request and service limits.

4. Training Fees
• All training fees (online or physical) are non-refundable.
• Students may request to reschedule once, subject to availability.

5. Shipping Fees
• Shipping or delivery fees are non-refundable, even if an order is returned or exchanged.
• Customers are responsible for return shipping costs except in cases where the wrong item was delivered.

6. Damaged or Incorrect Items
If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item:
• Contact us within 24–48 hours of delivery.
• Provide clear photo or video evidence of the issue.
• Once verified, we will offer a replacement or correction.

7. Missing Packages
• If a courier marks your package as delivered but you haven’t received it, please contact the courier service first.
• We will assist in following up, but Neetha Hairline is not liable for lost or stolen packages after confirmed delivery.
